We have an amazing, high calibre team who feel privileged to work together and to do what we do. We are looking for confident, enthusiastic analysts to join us. You will need a ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record in data and analysis so that you can spur on change and start making a difference straight away.


We help the council to:

  • Monitor day to day service delivery
  • Develop strategic insights to inform decisions to improve outcomes for citizens and communities
  • Interpret national change agenda and transformation programmes to forecast impact on demand and delivery


About You 

We want to find someone who is personable, who loves data and analytical tools, and who enjoys, and can:

  • think analytically to identify where data can evidence impact
  • work with stakeholders to embed deep analytical insights
  • look at processes and new guidance to make recommendations for where data can illustrate implications of change


You should thrive from working autonomously and identifying lines of enquiry to follow.
